Hey all, I wanted to know if anyone knows a good fabricator that makes custom Sissy Bars, and at a good price?
Any help will be greatly appricated. Thanks.
I'm a cheap bastard...So I went on E-Bay and got me a weirdo Sissy.
I just couldnt take the $150-$250 cost on a true custom piece!
Cost me $49.00...I think its gonna work out. I have a set of mounts already so I'm gonna cut the ones off this unit, Heat it and bend it a little differently and get it PC'ed the same gloss black as the other pieces on my old turd.
At least nobody will have one like mine? Or probably want one like mine LOL! There once was a day when guys had to make all their own pieces....Thats my theme with this ugly stick!
i did internet search but could not find many places and they wanted way too much. i may try my local welder on friday with a six pack and see if i can get one made and then send it off for chrome
Long story short...
found out his feedback number was trumped up by buying cheep lawnmower parts...
no feedback as a seller...
Guy made me a "deal" buying off e-bay...
took 8 months to get something from him...
and that was after he realized that I would spend the time and money to file charges..
Ginzchoppers may have what you want but his bars are kind of expensive and he does not have good customer service. Once you've bought the bars, you would not be able to get intouch with the guy again. Bars are made of high quality steel but very poor chrome job, my bars are all rusted after two to three months. That's considering that I had rode in the rain only once or twice.
