I dig the new bars....Your bike is hawt!

But...If you are looking for any constructive critique or second opinions?

It seems like there is an abundance of control lines....Like it really wants to be cleaned up in the control cable dept if that makes sense?

So just to throw out an idea....

I use a parker brake line on my front brake. Its super skinny and almost invisible. My front brake feels way better with the parker line as its made of hard plastic material that dosent swell or flex at all. Its what you see on most custom bikes in those magazines. Its cheap. Like $2 bucks a foot and russell fittings are like $8 bucks. You can take the thin parker line and route it close and tight so the typical front brake line that is stealing from the lines of the bike is eliminated.

See how the brake cable isnt taking over the flow of the bike?

From there I would go one step further as well. I ditched the two throttle cable setup and went with just one Barnett stealh black throttle cable. This really cleaned it up even more and the single cable feels smoother than the double setup....

I dont have a clutch cable on my bars as my bike is Jockey shifted but I honestly think in the case of your bike if you did a Parker line in place of the black garden hose thats on there now (LOL!) and ditched the two cable setup in favor of a single black cable that the jumbled mass of cables and line would be under control which in turn would let that sexy looking set of apes flow better.....

Cheap mod that would have big impact.

Just a thought cuz' you asked!!!

Love your bike BTW.

1st off Very Sharp Bike

2nd I feel for you guys running apes, with the whole mirror situation. IMO they just don't look right hanging there. I think I would look into some sort of a bar end mirror. But I don't know how those would work with those grips of yours which I am entirely jealous of.

Plus what Chaz said on the brake line. Did you put those on yourself or did someone install them. It looks like that brakeline is about 4" too long.

But overall very nice ride.

Looks great! As others have said, Maybe clean up the wiring. I have the same bars, only shorter, but the internal wiring definitely cleans them up. The guy who wired it for me said it was a bear to get the wires around the curve though.

He already has them wired internally...Its all those big *** cables thats throwing it off.....

As custom uber trick as your bike is Numb?

I would say you should go whole hawg and do an internal throttle, and a skinny parker line as well!

Yeah, I noticed that after the post. The big wires threw me off.

I'll look into it. I am doing some more work this winter. I'll check it out then. Thanks.

The seat and rear fender looks really great...that fender should be stock IMO, the seat changes the looks for the better..but if staying old school then stock, but I like it...
Apes are personal choice, only sit on one bones and agree the stocker bars are a little low...
the brake cable is the one that seems really long.

thanks everyone for the complements
