Maybe you shouldn't be riding in bell bottomed leisure suits. Besides, polyester is horrible to get off hot pipes.

Well I was going to suggest the boot straps, but looks like it's been done.
Give them a try they are great.

The jeans that I wear are boot cut and I also buy them on the longer side than what I need. When I ride I haven't experienced any problems keeping the bottom of my pants down where they are supposed to be. Even if they do open up a little, I don't mind because they let a little air flow in to help me feel cooler when it is hot.

I'm glad you brought this up. My pant legs get to flapping around and after a while it gets very uncomfortable. Kind of like chinese water torture....not a big deal at first but after a while [:@]

Get some "boot bands" from a military supplier. It's a little elastic bungee cord that is meant for blousing your BDU's, but it would probably work for keeping your pants from flapping around also. You can probably find them at Brigade Quartermasters or US Calvary.

Use to have the same problem on some jeans that I wore, I would rest my heal over the pegs with the seam pinched between my heal and peg.

My jeans flip up when I use my highway pegs. I just fix them when I stop. No big deal.
