Considering I haven't even made the first payment on it yet, selling it isn't a damn bit of good advice.

I've never had a rubbing problem. This is with my 07 Fatboy with the off centered wheels.

My fender was kicked over also. Just loosened fender struts and retightened. I actually did the same thing and took my bike over a my dealer and thier first response was that i had wrecked my bike. I started laughing and said "Nope". Then they stated that all deluxes are like that. I walked the guy to the showroom floor and one bike was off centered and the other was straight. He couldn't explain it after that. So they then realigned fender to rear wheel and got it perfectly straight. They tried to get out of warrenty work but i wasn't having it..

Thats exactly what happen to me. One on the showroom was off center and there was another deluxe in the service bay that was perfect. Atleast I know i'm not the only one that it happen to and bothered.
