Congrats ! .. I think I have decided to get rid of my 07 Fatboy. I have really been looking at a 09 Heritage custom, and or a 09 Street Glide. Just not happy with the Fatboy as I thought I would be.
Congrats on the new ride. There is a big difference between the a and b motors. The counter balancer (B) motor is what is attributed to the smoothness.
I picked up my 2010 Heritge 2 weeks ago and totally agree with you!!
Not only is the seat comfortable....but I also love the floorboard postition...the floorboards are out more and more foward....great great riding position for me!!
Anyway, don't forget the pics!!!
PS..what did you get for your bike and what did the bike cost you?
They gave me MSRP and the Heritage was $18.6K and a new Ultra Jet helmet. Yes the floorboards, the heel and toe shifter also I like very much.
Congrats on the new bike. I picked up the (faster ) sunglo red model a month ago. It does seem so much smoother than my 04 Fatboy. I also love the six speed trans!
Congrats on the new ride--I am sure you will love it. Shouldn't the dealer give you 100% of the sale price on a sporty trade in? Wasn't that the deal they were doing this year?
