Default Chrome Inner Primary Cover Trim Fat Boy 07
I wonder if someone have put Chrome inner primary cover trim part no 60868-10 on a Fat Boy 07 that is lowered 1" in rear end I think the place beetween oiltank and enginge is very small

Agree. The rear lowering doesn't change the space between the oil tank and inner primary.
