Wondering if anyone here has quick detachable saddlebags for a Heritage Classic. If so, be so kind as to point me to where I could pick them up. Also, do I use my existing bags?
yes, yes, and yes..........Easybrackets.com I installed them on my 97 FTSTC and they are awesome. The best add-on I've ever put on. They look great on and off. I would suggest you call them direct and ask them any questions as I had done. They were very helpful. Good luck and the last i checked it took a total of 12 seconds to take on and off once installed !!!
I have the stock bags already. I'm just looking to keep these stock bags and make it to where they are detachable. Like mitcht said "Took a total of 12 seconds to take on and off..." Will call EasyBrackets tomorrow. I also have the quick detachable sissy bar and EasyBrackets has a fix for that too! Thanks for the input!
By the looks on the site, they aren't lockable. I'm wondering if there are any quick-release latches that have a locking system within the bag to (somewhat) deter the quick lift and run punks.
