It can be done for less. Check out Kustom Werks for the fender, they have good quality stuff $400. Justified Defiance for the seat setup, great dudes if they dont have it they will find it $150. Ebay for the turn signals $50. Road 6 customs for license plate mount $25. If you do the work yourself then you will save some coin. Rattle can for paint $30 for a case. I've seen some killer rattle can jobs, patience and prep. So right around $650. If you pay for a paint job then right around $200 for a good one (minimum). Alll in all less than a grand, hope this helps

Oh yeah one more thing that bike from Exile is lowered. So lowering kit will run you $100 for the rear and $100 for the front, unless you get the lowering shocks.
