I'll be changing the fork oil in a friends 2002 Deuce this afternoon and need to know the amount of fluid in each fork.
I don't need any smart a** comments about buying a manual, I have several for my bikes, and am doing this as a favor for a friend and don't want to spend the $65 on a $20 fork oil change.
Thanks in advance

11.6 oz per side per the '02 Manual. That said, I used that amount in an '03 Deuce and the suspension wouldn't move. I had to suck out about half with a turkey baster and it worked fine. Maybe the '03 is different. Another thing, that '03 had a phillips head screw as a drain plug and I had to remove the front wheel since the plug is on the inside of the slider and behind the rotor. The oil it will shoot out quite a ways when you pull that plug. Good advice from Chaz in measuring what you drain.
Northside and Chazmanian, thanks for the input, I measured the fluid that came out about 11.5 oz and refilled with Screaming Eagle heavy fork oil, the bike was dam near bottoming out just coming into the driveway, the heavy oil make a world of difference. The owner rode to work today and said it handles like it should now.
Again Thanks.
