I will be switching to Samson, due to the fact when I purchased the V&H product last year the left side heat shield above the primary had a defect, then later in the year the right side heat shield blistered like chrome acne lol...... V&H replaced both in record time, but I noticed while washing the bike last weekend that the first replaced heat shield is now rusting.....I give up!!!

During my recent mods, I would have gone with the V&H's duals if I weren't going to get fishtails because:
a) The V&H duals wouldn't require me to discard my nice harley shift linkage as they come out higher on the left side than the Samson's do, and
b) The V&H fishtail tips are not natural looking compared to the Samson's.

Also good info, I didn't know the Samson interfered with the linkage.
