White walls are the way to go, and yes they are a pain in the *** to clean but they look awesome when they'er bright white. WW look great on FatBoy wheels.
I spray mine with WD40, and the dirt literally melts off. Then when I wash the bike it also takes the residual WD40 off. After 10K miles they still look brand new with hardly any effort.
A couple things about WW's....they'll look great on your white bike and the extra 10-15 minutes it takes to clean them is very much worth the effort. I use a motorcycle jack to do my wheels and they're probably the easiest part of the wash/wax. Westley's Bleach and Mr. Clean Magic Erasers....they come out pearly white...and chicks love them!
