both times I have just pulled the bike in and they did it in about 20 minutes, you can order them on their site and they send them on new levers already done. They go to most of the big ralleys. Hundreds of options, color combinations and fringe if you want it. Like I said they know what they are doing and it seems to last forever with no problems.
