QD backrest vibration

Default QD backrest vibration
my quick detach backrest has A LOT of vibration and irritates passengers back. will switching to rigid bolt-on backrest get rid of the vibration?

Could it be that the bushes on the bobbins are a bit worn? f thats the case, it could be simple fix
