I'm thinking if getting a danny gray seat for my 2010 rocker. the fender to seat gap looks pretty close. have any if you had problems with the seat hitting the fender?
It does hit the fender when you hit big bumps, but Danny Gray supplies a clear plastic protective piece that sticks to the fender under the seat and is easily removeable.

in my opinion the nicest way for the look, is to put a danny gray, put an air suspension, and have ur seat sitting on ur fender, it looks amazing, it wont even look like the same bike, and if u want to change the height for long rides u can, i have arnott system with danny gray and i ride it always slammed, its sick!!

+1 it only hits with big bumps and does no damage at all to fender i love the way it looks and feels so much better than stock no sore butt
i didn't know that the seat was being sold on ebay. i have it on my ride, it does hit the fender but it causes no damage. the clear plastic saves the paint.
make sure you get the gel insert. that seat was one of the best mods i did to my bike. well worth the money.
Alain~~
its the weekday solo seat with the gel insert, is that the one that you have?
love what you did with the rear fender~~ i have a 2008 rocker c the maroon red, with same vance and hines pipes as you have, in process of moving license plate off to side with the kuryaken curved side mount and having rear fender repainted... i bought bike used with a le pera solo seat but that has scuffed the fender, just want to make 100% sure that this danny grey seat that wont happen~~~~ cause dont want to spend $$ on repaint then have get scuffed up again.... Thanks for all your help!!!

thanks for the props bro. the seat i have is the one DG makes specifically for the rocker. i got it when he first started making it so i'm not sure if they actually gave it a name since then. i would think that if you go to his web site you'll be able to check on there.
i tell ya, the difference in comfort is like night and day. you won't have to worry about your paint with the DG.
