Default Black front lowers....

I've got a 1996 softail custom, and am looking for some black front lowers for the shocks. I've been looking around and can't seem to find ones that fit my bike. Can anyone help me please? Thanks a lot. I'm trying to customize my bike to my liking one piece at a time!

Why don't you just get yours powder coated?? Not that hard to remove and reinstall.

I've thought about it, just didn't know if I could find some cheaper than powder coating them. It's probably going to be cheaper just to do it that way instead.

Thanks for your suggestion

I painted mine black. They lasted almost 2 years and still look good. They have some rock chips on them now, but I am amazed that they lasted this long without chipping.

Link worked fine for me.... what kind of prep work goes into painting them, anybody know? That is probably the way I'm going to go.

Thanks for the link
