Check out Shaun at sokustoms. I just talked to him about doing one for me and he is a member of this site. I emailed him on what I wanted and he called to verify everything to include throwing some ideas at me. The bag is custom to YOU and not made by some kid in a third world country.

Two different setups
Tried both left side swing arm and right side by seat (as you see) both look cool actually.
Stay away from Larosa, I got this bag used after I ditched the Larosa one, and I did the studs and indian dream catcher myself.
SoKustom bags look great too, but they were out of my budget.
