Thanks, that is my opinion as well. If I do get some bags to put on the back, I don't care for the studs either.

Wow, that is a really nice bike you're got there! Out of curiosity, how do you carry anything with you without bags? I'm looking to drive my new ride back & forth to work, but have nowhere to store my laptop, etc.. My old goldwing had plenty of room on it. Just curious to hear your thoughts. Thanks!!

Awesome looking ride! The tank badge is a 63-65 FL and XL emblem. Very retro, I love it. When you get your bags, spring for the quick disconnects so you can remove them easy when you want to go back to that beautiful clean look. Enjoy the new bike and ride safe.
