I keep mine in the living room. (our house has 2 ). I have a pile of kids so I have to put the kids portable play pen around it. Otherwise they will all try to ride it all the time. (really i just dont want it scratched)
Gonna build me a small hog garage next summer. I'm on a small lot in a development, so code doesn't really allow it, but I've seen so many cool garages on this forum, I'd like to have a miniature one of my own. A place to park my bike (bikes? - wishful thinking), store my gear, Harley knick-knacks. Maybe some of that cool Harley tile flooring. I've even got a line on a surplus, Harley orange roll up door.
Our garage isn't very wide, but luckily it's deep. That allows us to keep both Harleys at the back of the garage behind the cars. When we want to ride, I just pull one of the cars out of the way.
Right now though, I've got my Fat Boy downstairs in the (heated) daylight basement, where he's about to get a new set of Rush mufflers, once UPS delivers them !!!! (yea, I'm excited...)
Well, OK, I'll probably let the wife bring her Deluxe down to the heated basement for the winter too... :-)
