Does anyone have experience with the Q series? I am looking for exhaust for my Softail, but the BSS are just too loud for me (even with the quiet baffles). I understand that these are in between stock sound and BSS as far as sound level, but give some performace gains over the stock exhaust.
The Double Barrel Staggered Q series looks a lot like the big shot staggereds which is a great look for the Fat Boy. I haven't see them anywhere locally but have seen the pictures. I would love to see something on sound levels and performace.
I have them on my Softail Custom they sound great. They are not to loud but have a nice rumble. I think I did a web search for videos and got some utube clips of the sound.
I have them on my Deluxe. I like them a lot. They are not that loud but still have a nice deep sound. Great pipes if you dont want something so loud that your ears bleed.
thanks guys. I guess I need to order them. I have a few days off between Christmas and New Years and would like to install them, the new air cleaner and the TTS while I am off.
i just finished mine, put the pipes and air cleaner on myself then took it to the dealer to remap and dino it. it runs a lot better, and cooler also here is my latest photo.
