I've seen a 23" wheel on a softail custom and let me tell you man...It looked F*kn bad. I pulled up next to him and my eyes popped. It made my 21" look a little wimpy... I liked it...His bike had a small front fender and thats why it looked so good..

Then i spotted one on e-bay middle of the year under a FL fender and it looked out of place. So i guess it would all depend on what bike you put it on.

Agree, depends on the bike. I saw one on a touring bike and that some posted here before. Just does not look right. That said I am sure people said the same thing about the 21 when it first started.

The only issue I see is that not many are making a 23 tire yet and you would be hard pressed to find one short notice.

Maybe in a few years if the fad picks up.

Gimme 3-4 weeks and ill post up some pics. Been in contact with Hogpro and I am ordering a 23" chrome lemans to replace the 19" on the front of my fatboy now. Will choose the fender I am going to run once I get the wheel on and see what I need. 3-4 weeks is how long it will take me to get it. Should look sweet. The bike its going on is in my sig pic. Few things have been changed since that pic ( Carlini Slickbacks, forward controls, etc). BTW, only 23" tire I know of to date is an Avon

Here's a 23" fat spoke wheel on an '03 Road King. One of the local Indy shops did this for a customer earlier this year.

Are you going to lower the front end? I would think that the 23 would change our rake angle a bit.

I think it looks awesome...I think you loose a bit of travel in the forks. But someone on here had it on a touring bike.

Yeah... you'll probably have to lower the front end to make it ride at the same height as with the stock 21.
