If you have a medium to long reach, the King bars should be fine. You could easily find some take offs for next to nothing. I know several guys that have changed the bars on their RKs.

There are plenty of good bars out there, but I don't like any of the stock bars. I recommend checking out Wild 1, Carlini, RSD, etc. Google will you help you find them.

Default Custom Bars

If you have a local custom shop check them out-they should be able to build you a set just the way you want. I stopped in a local shop here in Raleigh NC and they told me to let them know what I want and they would build it for me. They can chrome it and/or powder coat them.

I went to a local HD dealer here, checked out some, they offered up P/N 55954 which I liked, no cable change outs required, had some nice pull back to them, then I started reading, and still looking, now looking at beach bars. This is like looking for a computer or tv, more you look, more there is ! lol

So, at least 2 weeks into this, now thinking Wild1's 518, and they indicated to me from their tech department is that it's only bar change, everything else is ok, cables, wires, etc.
