I have 14 inch carlini flyin apes...love them. Best looking, most comfortable. Im 6', 220 lbs and a perfect fit. 16 inch may be a little high, and get you pulled over in most states

I also have 14" Carlini Fly'in apes on my 2004 Fatboy. I'm 6'2" and they are right at shoulder height (I have mine pushed slightly forward), which is perfect for me. Note that Carlini calls them 14", but they measure out at 15.5".

I'm 6-01 and have 16's. Love em and theyre very comfortable, even tho I keep em shoved forward where they belong!

And if you measure em right (middle of the bend to middle of the bend) they measure 16"...

I have the 16" on my Train.

Way more comfy than those stock drag bars.
I will never go back.

I'm 6'3". I've got a Street Bob and I'm about to buy Carlini Gangsta Apes. In your opinion do you think 16" will look good on the bike? I know it will somewhat overpower it but I've ridden my friend with the 18" same bars and it is super comfy to ride. People always ask him how he rides with those bars and I swear it is the most comfy configuration I've been on. I think I would like 16". Silver bike has 18"

I've talked to several friends of mine that had beach bars and the key word is HAD. They all complained about how uncomfortable they were but they loved the look. Most of them now have apes with no complaints. I have 18" Carlini Gangsta apes and love them. I have a custom seat that has me lower than stock I'm 5'10 and have no complaints at all.
