I have a better time walking the bike lot at the Long Beach swap meet though.
+1, we walked the parking lot before going in and again before we left and there were some nicer bikes out there than in side. They obviously don't preview what they let in.

Thats usually the case about the parking lot.

As for the "SS" bolts, its not that big of a deal in my opinion im really confused as to why you are blowing this outta proportion. People put stuff like that on their bikes for "shock value"- HA, Outlaws and other clubs have been wearing those symbols since the 60s to SHOCK people.

Its America, remember the 1st amendment etc...

I went yesterday, great day for a ride. $18 door price, $9 parking in a bike only area right in front of the building. Many nice bikes there. Second post I have seen on this. I get a kick out of how everyone will buy a bike, put $5K in mods and complain about fees to see some really nice stuff. You weren't missed there. My friends and I had a great time.

OldBoatPilot, your post and most the comments are right on. 5 bucks and free parking would be a fair price, but what they are askin? Pass.

I liked it first time I went too. Now, Id rather just ride up to Cooks or the Rockstore.

I wasn't missed there because I was there. Good for you and your friends. However, apparently you can't differentiate between a rip-off and a "great time."

Rode up the Rock Store just this morning. Busy as I've ever seen it.

Just being able to ride this time of year is a plus - be thankful you have the option. It's hibernation for all of us in the snowbound states.

I didn't think that I was "blowing it out of proportion". I just stated that they wouldn't see any more of my money. Please feel free to do as you wish with your money.
