My battery compartment for my 07 Heritage is stuffed pretty full between my power commander, various extra fuses for accesories and load equalizers for LED lights. I can barely get my seat on. Does anyone make a replacement batter that is slightly smaller? A little more room would make an enormous difference for me.
Thanks

You can mount your power commander behind the splash guard in front of the rear tire along with the load equalizers.
The Power Commander is back there, the big clunky piggyback for the ecm is taking up seat space. most of the other accesory connectors don't have enough wire to stow them back there. Thanks for the suggestion though
Oh well. I don't think anyone makes a smaller battery that will provide the power you need for your bike.
that is what I was afraid of. If i was remotely talented and not a basic shadetree mechanic, I would probably try to run some of my accesories through my fusebox

There was a company on a sportbike forum that came out with a super small, lightweight battery. I really don't know what they were called, but I might be able to find it for you because I think I did post in that thread!
Well Mustang, Hopefully when you find out the anwser to this question, by all means let me know. I'm stuck in the same boat you are with the ecm connector. Fuel moto gave me a box to tuck that part inisde then intall it over the pcu that's mounted on the rear fender. Maybe you will have better luck than me.
