A+ on that one. Boards might not be cool but they are comfy!
Harley makes a kit. Like 300 bucks. I did it on my 08 fatboy and love it. One of the better mods I did. Im 6'3" though and those boards werent workin. New pics comin soon.
The Harley ones are the shortest fwd ctrls in the market. In some other brands you can find +1,2,3 inches extended. Answering your question, go seat on a bike which has factory forward controls, if you reach 'em ok (which I think you will) then, there you go.
