If I had known about the bigger engine and the 6th geat when I bought my 06 in May, I think I would have waited. I love the bike, but damn....for the same money, a 6th gear and another eight cubes? Seems like a no-brainer. Of course, I could always spend like $4,000 and get mine to that level, but - again - damn.
I just bought my Springer Classic in June...this always happens to me...as soon as I buy something "better" come out. I checked out the spec sheet between the 06 & 07 Springer Classic and power wise it looks like only about 4 ft/lbs more of torque. Not to be out done I just ordered the stage iii screaming eagle 95 in big bore kit
