I shopped around for mine and Arlen Ness had the best price for the 3" extension.

It was the very first mod that I did, and make the bike much more comfortable to ride. My legs were kind of cramped up with the stock positions.

I also went with the Arlen Ness +3 extensions, and wish they made a +4, too.

I love the Ness kit, but I also found it to be actually more affordable when I was shopping around for the best deal. And then, lo and behold, someone posted a brand new, un-used, Ness kit on Ebay.......I snapped it up quick for like $100

Just remembered...Vulcan makes some 3" extensions and they're much cheaper than Ness

When I used to ride with the stock forward controls my knees hurt from being cramped. With the Ness 3' extensions they don't hurt any mmore. Get 'em you'll like the difference.
