I think the tan seats look cool on black bikes. the are differant and add some contrast. But back to the question, thats not a bad price or great one either I could be wrong but I think that seat goes for around 300.00

Just bought that seat for my 08' deluxe - it was $270.00 and that was purchased via my local HD (i had an HD gift card otherwise I would have shopped around).
