does not matter except if you do it first you have a set of never used stock exhaust, might be worth a little more if you sell them.

Son and I have done it both ways, really don't matter..On his 09NT he got last spring he done stg1,BSL's and SE/AC, SE-ST and dyno before picking her up.

i would keep it stock for 500 miles and the after the first checkup do all the exhaust and fuel management and air breather. for me 500 miles was the first 2 weeks.
