I'm looking at installing Samson True Dual headers on my '04 Heritage. I see two different model numbers S-330 and S-400. Both appear to be non-O2 sensor set-ups. Can anyone tell me what the difference is? Can I install non-Samson mufflers with these headers? When installing, should I use anti-sieze on the flange bolts? Thanks

The 330's for '95-'06, the 400's for '07-'10, the "S" is for the 02 sensor

 

You can still use the 400 on and older bike as long as you plug the 02 sensor holes. I'd assume the older pipes are a bit less expensive.
