Default Vance Hines 2 into 2 Baffle Question?

Has anyone taken the baffles out of your V & H 2 into 2 pipes? Pros / Cons ?

I did a few years ago, lost all my bottom end. So I put in some tourqe cones and some of it came back. I'll deal with the small loss. I've been going to put in some homemade lolliepops but haven't got around to it.

The factory baffles sound a little tinney to me. I put the Big City Thunder Baffles in mine and loved them. They do exactly what they say... make the exhaust note nice and deep.

+1 On the Big City Monster baffles they sound great(not obnoxious at all). Just put mine in my Big Radius 2 into 2 pipes and couldn't be happier. You have to install them 6+ inches into the discharge sides of the pipes and drill 1/4" holes in the pipes for the mounting screws but the install was a breeze (I used a punch to make a indention in the pipes and started my holes with a small bit working my way up to a 1/4" bit). One of the original baffles took a little coercing to come out but a little penetrating oil and some patience was all it took. Hope this helps.

The quiet baffles from V and H are also a good option. They will give you a lower deeper rumble. I find that with the BCC the pipes are quite LOUD. Sound is very subjective so , it's hard to say based on what someone else says.
