rsd or heartland?

I hate to interject; but it kills me that you guys got ripped-off by shadey tree! Thats just LAME product and business practice!!! I have used RSD products on my 09' Street Bob, and now my Crossbones, and I like their products, because you get top notch quality at a reasonable price! If you go the RSD route, check with Dr. V-Twin first, as his prices and service are the bomb!!

I'm struggling with the same question. I have a shadetree fender on my bones right now and love how it hugs the tire but its just not cuttin the mustard! Neither the the RSD or the Heartland seems to have tire hugging look i'm going for. Is there a way to get either of them to sit on the tire more?
your scoot looks great is it comfort?

I agree Dr V gave me an awesome quote on an EZ-200 for my bike. I need to get him to give me a quote on the new RSD 200 kit just to see if it worth the gamble. I absolutely love the Heartland kit, but really wanted a spring seat like that is on there now and someone on here has that Heartland kit and said they didnt like the way it mounted to the crossbar on the swing arm, so RSD might be the way I go. Don't really need to worry about 2up since the wifey has a 1200 sporty.

I know guys with the fender, that say the quality sucks with it also (Shade Tree). I don't even want to know what you guys paid for that "CRAP". Check with 2XSRC . I know he went with the RSD Vintage fender kit, and it turned out bad azz!!! It's what finally sold me on the RSD fender kit.
