Default Yet another seat question....

I looked through the search listings, but could not find a good answer.

I like the looks of my solo seat, and changing over to the factory two-up so my wife can ride takes about 5 minutes. However, the backrest I have looks like crap with the solo seat and it is a pain to remove, being bolted into the bags. My question is, is there a bracket for a back rest that is kind of hidden, and you can pop the back rest on and two-up seat? Anyone follow me? I have seen some folding backrests, my wife likes the fairly tall ones so she can lean back on it..

I agree with the above. I use a detachable tall backrest for the wife that also has a luggage rack on it. When she isn't riding the backrest comes off and her seat comes off. The detachable hardware bolts in between the fender supports and the saddlebags. I bought the detachable sideplates and hardware from the dealership, but found a tall backrest and pad on Ebay for around $25. The luggage rack cost me only $15 because it had corner scrapes from the bike being dropped. I don't care because when it's on you can't see the scrape plus there is usually a small luggage bag covering it anyways.
