I did about 7,000 last year, but I'm in Georgia and you're in Colorado. Unlike cars, where you can figure low mileage and its realtively consistent, with bikes, it varies too much. I bought a 2002 Lowrider in October, and it had 4700. All that being said, I don't think 15,000 is excessive - probably bout avg for Colorado.
I did around 3k a year over the past three years on my bikes. These CT winters take away some riding time along with work in the summer being out busy season. Wish I could do more, but I will take what I can get!
07 Heritage 25k. Where U live has a lot to do with mileage as well as trips and time to ride.
We only get 5-6 months nice weather, maybe 7 if counting (45*-50*) of decent weather to ride here in Ind.. At our age (60's) 50* is usually our cut off.
Still we ride around 10k a yr. Second yr we had the bike we only got about 5k due to two deaths in the family..
If we lived down south or west where we could ride 9-10 months, think we would get 15-20k fairly easy yearly..
I average 9k a year. The mileage on the bike is within normal use. I wouldn't say it is low miles, but not high either. Let us know what you decide. Nevermind.... Is that a pic of it in your sig?
Yep, however it is a really bad picture and hasn't been washed. Weather has not cooperated.
