i was wondering what you guys would think my 08 nighttrain was worth! its under 2k miles, screaming eagle 103 stage 3, flush tank fills, grips, bars, screaming eagle pipes, 255 cams, sert tuned, dyno sheets. the bike is vivid black. your help would great, im looking to buy my wife a v rod so this may have to go.
The market indeed sucks. But your mods are desired by a large number of folks -- and many of them wouldn't want to go through the time, hassle, and expense of getting your motor built and tuned. I just bought an '05 Fatboy with 126 miles (yes, 126) for a song, but I would have been willing to pay a whole lot more for a bike like yours. Why don't you wait until spring -- when the pool of potential buyers should be much bigger -- and see if you can find somebody who knows what your bike is worth and is willing to pay a little more for it. That's what I'm going to try with my Streetbob, anyway. Good luck.

thats sort of the way im looking at it, if it was just alot of chrome or some other add ons maybe you wouldnt get a decent return, but these mods are all harley upgrades and among the most popular, recently a stock night train o8 like mine went for 13k with 14,000 miles had pipes and breather, so im thinking 16k is resonable for mine with the low miles and 4k in popular upgrades.. but i guess we will see
