I will be riding a lot two up. I have a DG seat when I'm by myself and the HD Touring sytem w/FXCW seat when I bring a friend. What I guess I'm saying is can you lower the bike and have a comfortable ride for two people???
There is no "best" way to lower it.. Your wallet will determine the "best" way.. lol
Lowering bolts= $50 and stiff ride
Progressive shocks= $375 and pretty good ride
Air Ride= $1000-1500 and pretty good ride but easily raised or lowered..
Kinda like motors.. Speed costs money, how fast you wanna go?.. lol
Is this an easy install with bolts...what exactly has to be done..can do a little but not a mechanic by no means??
I did not lower it, had Indy do it because you need a press. Later found it there are other was to compress the shock to loosen bolt...but not real safe..
