Default how did you discover

How did you discover that you had a mod addiction? it hit me yesterday. There I was standing in my driveway just minding my own buisness, when a vehicle passing behind me tooted their horn. I turned around and it was the ups guy waving at me. I dont know that guy, why is he waving at me? Then it dawned on me all the deliveries that dude has made to my house. The said part is fed-ex and usps have been there just as often as him. I need help.

It became blatantly obvious with my monthly credit card bill.

It's a sick and all consuming addiction...I have it. I contracted it from white guy and more recently skipper, and the rest of the Crossboners on this site...With dealers like Dr.Vtwin feeding the addiction with low attainable prices, I sink deeper into the spending abyss. Once my stuff gets back from the powdercoaters I should be done...fer sure this time.(NAH)

I think when the bathroom reading material is a hd or j&p catalog its a pretty big clue. I am starting to go the other way though, looking at what i can take off to make it look better.

Two ways. First was when my wife asked if I bought the bike to ride, or just to work on. Second was when the UPS driver brought a package to the door and waited for me to come out to get it. He wanted to "See the bike that all this stuff is going on". Turns out he has a tricked out Road Glide.

The first step in treating any kind of addiction is admitting to yourself that you have a problem.

I, myself, admit to nothing therefore I don't have a problem.

I discovered my addiction when I was standing in the garage, looking at my bike one day. It dawned on me that I've got more aftermarket parts than stock parts on it....that's when I knew.
