i am actually kicking around the hooligan.. that or the renegade vail. probably go with the PM hooligan though...passed up a stellar deal last year at a bike fest in PA.. hopefully it is still a good deal this summer at the same bike fest. 2800 installed with everything, tires, pulleys, rotors, everything...thought that was a great deal...didn't have my bike there though..
no unfortunately harley cheaped out on the deuce for the 200 rear...still the narrow 160. i will def go 180 when i get the new wheels...and kick around the 200 mod. seems to me that is a little more involved, but not too bad from what i have read.
what are you running in the rear? from the pics it looks identical to my bro in law's victory vegas 8ball wheels.. nice looking.

now,going out to 200 not a big deal at all if you getting new wheels and pulleys anyway!
mine is a 18x5.5 trigger wheel from weld!i fitted it up myself,got the wheel for $150 off ebay,a big dog wheel, had 13mm machined off hub and 5.25 off axle spacer!im running a 180
for me to run a 200 now,all i have to do is go to narrower 07 belt and pulley ! and stone guard if you want to run that?
So if you are laying out for the wheels,tyres pulleys etc,get 200 tyre for rear,narrower pulley, and buy a narrower belt,that will up your cost,belts around $200 i guess,then the install means swimngarm comes off but if your pulling all wheels off etc a few more hours labor will be worth it and you wont have to revisit it later!
you will be running hooligans with 200 rear sweet!the deuce standard swingarm and fender will take it!
