I looking to add a HD scripted shifter linkage but the problem is a stock linkage is 12" hole to hole..I have 3" extensions and need a linkage 15" in length.
Looking for this type of thing...anyone have a link where to find
Your research is wrong. The Dyna shift rods are 14 3/8" fully collapsed, with plenty of adjustment to get to 15". I just did this last week on my NT with extended forward controls. Any of the Dyna rods on page 179 (item "E") of the 2010 H-D Parts & Accessories catalog will fit.
Another option is to buy the shift linkage for a Dyna with forwards. It's already the right length for a Softail with extended forwards.

Right you are Mr Lucky...Dyna fwd control linkage fits perfectly...way better than adding extensions
I'm bringing back an old thread. I have a 2004 Deuce with the Arlen Ness 3" forward controls kit. It sounds like a Dyna forward control shift linkage will fit. Is this true? Has anyone done this? Thanks!!
