I spoke to Shawn from Dr. V-Twin (and he'll probably see this) and he said that the Lowcats won't fit on a Heritage. The D&D site doesn't specifically say it won't(at least I didn't see it). I'm afraid the Fatcats will scrape.
Hoping somebody used 'em. I have an '07.
I personally verified with Leonard at D&D that they do NOT offer a Lowcat for the FLSTC. He stated that the stock bags will be too close to the exhaust.
You would be better off with the Fatcats as Faast Ed has on his bike. His exhaust looks amazing on his Heritage.

I just installed a Fatcat and was concerened about scraping when lowered. I changed from lowering bolts to a Shotgun Shock so it can just be raised. I really like the look of the Fatcat over the Lowcat but that is just my opinion.
If you are not lowered there should be no scraping issues with the Fatcat.
