Welcome to the forum from central Texas. Check the date of the threads you are responding to. You posted to an 8 year old thread... what we call a necrothread. DR. V-TWIN hasn't been on the forum since 2014. He is no longer in business so the discount you are looking for IS a rumor.
I like the carlini gangsters but the fact they don't work with the stock risers and their risers are $300 is a deal breaker for me. Factor that cost along with the cables, lines, etc. and it's just too much when there's other good options available considerably cheaper.
I realized that after the fact however I went ahead and got the 16 gangster apes
thank you!

Ol post, not sure you still have the bike, but did you go with 1.25 or 1.5 Dia? I have been going back and forth between the Gangster or Orig Apes on my 09 FXSTC.
Thanks,
Jeff
