Default Custom Softail or Rocker?

Love the Rocker C, but I was wondering if I could build a Softail that would look like that. I see plenty of softails for around $10k. Could I buy one and get it raked out, with a Heartland 250 kit, wheels, exhaust, etc for less than $25k?

Here's a 2010 Softail Custom that looks as nice as a Rocker C. Everything is possible with $$$$$$$$$$:

Cyber Duke, that is a sweet looking bike. I was wondering if there's any particular engine, model or year to stay away from though. Anyone have any opinions??

I would'nt know. Myself I like the 2010 FXSTC with the inverted forks and Magnum 5 wheels. Thinking of getting one exactly as in the following photo but with 16'' Apes and V&H Big radius:

Is that a Rocker next to the Deuce in the first pic?? Love the Deuce(s)!!

Put a Heartland and rake it out a little and it's awesome. I should be able to do that for less $ than buying a new Rocker and tricking it out.
