Just wondering if anyone knows where i can find a new dash for my 1990 softail. The one I got on curently is cracked at the bolt to the speedo, and the speedo itslef is loose and shaking in the housing. just would like to get it fixed Thanks in advance.
no problem, man. If you need the mounting plate they have that too. The speedo is mounted on a rubber isolation thing that keeps it from vibrating too much, which would prob be bad for it and your odometer. So it WILL move around in the dash housing a little.
which model?...i think all softails share the same tank except deuce & rocker, please correct me if i'm wrong...
the diameter of the speedo could be diff between years...
can you post a pic of the console and tank?
did you search ebay?...or the last option, a hd dealer?
