I hear the HD high flow air cleaner is ****, but I havn't had any trouble with it. I use a PCIII with hooker troublemaker pipes and the harley high flow air cleaner. I run an open filter with a cover on the side to make it look pretty.

Zippers open air filter element (wider than others, let more air in)
Power Commander ( find a good tuner for a custom map)
2 into 1 exhaust for best perf. I would go with the V&H Outlaw/Indy pipe (loud and mean).
Of course these are just my opinions, and opinions are like a**holes, everybody's got one and they all stink, mines NASTY!!!
Good Luck

There's some really sick looking AC's in the Train Pics thread as well as some great performing ones.

The ole' SE Heavy Breather works well for me.

There's a ton of chit on the Nightrain pic thread. Storys right you should say hi and then start goin through it. If your gonna run a mild breather I'd go big sucker before I did Squakin chicken stage I. I got the heavy Breather and love it! V&H big Radius 2 into 2's they cool but I'm ready to change em out now.

I've been running the SE Heavy Breather with no issues. I think it looks great to boot.
