Go for it there is always someone out there that will or has gotten a better deal, if YOUR happy then go for it. Good luck on the new scooter.
What makes a great deal is the one you're happy with. There's always going to be a better deal out there.....but how long do you want to wait? Time's a wastin', riding season is here (well at least where you're at).

I'm happy with what I got now. Under $15k for everything I wanted and needed when it was $15,500 bike only at first and they wouldn't budge or deal with me at all. Once I got a smaller dealer involved, they started competing. I will go to Gruene tomorrow evening and see how much further I can go.
Sorry for the suspense but I'm in military training pretty much from 0700-1700 (7-5) and the dealer closes at 6 everyday. After I change and get on the road it's about 545 by the time I get there but I think today will be a short day so I'm riding my trade in over there and doing the paperwork. He said I could ride the FB home but it's all interstate and I'm scared to take it over 55 and don't want crazy drivers of San Antonio blowing my doors off. I'm not from around here so I don't know any back roads to take. So with that being said, I should have it in posession on Saturday when they drop it off! I'm so excited I couldn't sleep last night.
Now that being said I bought a 1987 Lowrider with 54,000 miles stored in a shed next to a barn for the last 5 years for $2000.00 and it was complete only missing the A/C cover did I get a good deal???? See there is always someone out there that will have a better story.
Good luck on the bike but I would have held out for free lifetime services and a Hooker.
