Fat Boy - Front Wheel Off Center ?
I read on another forum that the '07 Fat Boy's front wheel is off center and the '08 and later had the problem fixed. Any truth to this ? I'm looking at '07 and later fatboy's and would like to know about this and any other pro's and con's.

Had I not read other threads about this topic when I bought mine in early 2007 I would not have known of the situation. The bike tracks fine, no problems with balance or anything else. Some say the tread wears more on one side of the front tire but I haven't noticed that on mine. Consider it a rare collectors item since they no longer build them that way.

You'll find various opinions across the forum on this. Several of us have the 07 Fatty and don't have any problems. Some have modified their bike to true the wheel in the forks. I haven't found any substantiated fault in the offset. I have approx 10,000 miles on mine. Other with 07s have many more and no problems. Search the forum, judge for yourself.
