Thanks all for the comments. They did refund the difference in the money between the Tall and the Medium/Low but I was wondering if they made a mistake or liked the Tall and put mine on their bike and gave me one of theirs that they didn't like. I am going to another Harley Dealer in Tucson this weekend to ask them for sure because in the parts book it says the Tall will fit a 2010 Fat Boy. But didn't say anything about the 200mm rear tire. Thanks again for the info though.
Check you book again, It says "(except '06 FLSTFSE2, "07-later FLSTF, FLSTFB, FLSTSE AND FLSTSB)"
The will not work with the 200mm rear wheel. If you absolutely want a tall upright look in to Drag Specialties Fat Book.

Did you go to Tucson HD? or another location before. I've have got nothing but great info when I go to the Tucson stealer parts guys. Though I've always gone in knowing what I wanted. Kinda like going to Best Buy at most dealers, you'll always know more then them. I know the lead service guy too.
I have not been to the Tucson HD yet, I go to the one by where I live in Sierra Vista. I think they are a great bunch of guys but it seems like they are as educated on the bikes as I am (which is none). I would love to wrench on my own bike but I am very mechanically inept and would be afraid of doing more damage than good. I did look in the catalog book but did not notice it would not fit my bike and neither did the parts lady that ordered it for me. Thanks again for all the info.

I agree with him. I was sent the wrong one from the dealer because of this very same problem. When I got it, tried to put it on and it wouldn't go over my rear fender. Looked up the part number, and where my part number was listed, it says those exact words. For mine, there were only 3 selections to choose from when I bought it. 2 were medium-low and the other was the really short one. That was the only options. They just screwed up when they sold it to you the first time.
Check out Khrome Werks. they have a variety of uprights that fit the HD sideplates or their sideplates. That's where I got mine. I wanted a different look than the standard HD offering, which wasn't much for the 200 rear tire.
