In Sturgis this year there was a big group of lat 40's and early 50's red bikes all parked in a group. They all looked fantastic. I have been a fan of bright red ever since. Love your bike.

Thanks for the compliment! Funny how the bags set the bike off. Wasn't planning on leaving them on all the time, but they really fit. Adds mass to that skinny ***-end. It'll do until I put a 240 on there, haha.

I agree. Took me awhile to get used to the bags, but now if I took them off it would feel naked. I know many like the hoppers and make fun of the baggers....which I could never understand. With or without, it all looks great.
Thought I posted this here, but this is all the mods I've felt like doing. Only thing left is new paint and a new front rim...as far as I'm concerned...ok maybe big city thunder baffles, but that's it....
Benway, are those bossbags? i've been looking at them.i think they kind of pricey, but are they worth it?
Boss bags. Yeah, new, they're pretty steep, but they're the best built/fitting bags I've seen. The whole thing is a thick fiberglass shell covered in leather, so it will always hold it's shape. Quick releases and all.
I pulled the studded Heritage bags off first thing when I bought the bike. Hate them (sorry guys!). Ironically, these Boss bags where the first/best thing I found, but I couldn't justify the cost. 1hellbent had these for sale and I just couldn't pass them up.

Well, my long term project is to get a 240 on the back to fatten up the rear-end with a big, round fender dragging the ground, so these will cover up that 150 until then, haha.

You need a mounting kit for the bags. Several companies make them, Cyclevisions being one.
