Default HD run/turn/brake module HELP!!!!

I recently added this module and removed my tail light. I thought all was good it works fine but when I turn my bike off my bike has electrical power surges and the lights flash every 10-15 seconds.

I plugged my original tail light back in thinking change in resistance might have caused this and there was no change. I have looked at all of my wiring and there are no grounds or shorts that I can see.

Please Help

What do you mean by "electrical power surges"? Bike is off so all power is coming from the battery, and batteries can't "surge".

Seems like there is back feed. The bike is turned off but the lights will flash and the fuel pump starts.

I removed it and everything is fine. I'm wondering if the module is bad from the factory?

I think I'm going to take it back to the dealer and see if it will work on their bikes. I have done a few wiring mods (nothing that should matter for this) on my bike so I'm sure if I take my bike in they will tell me that's the problem. But if I just take the module maybe they will test it for me.
