nice man.. i wonder what they would look like in the "brushed chrome" or whatever they call it that the engine is done in..
I bet it would look pretty good with the brushed look. It looks really good in person with the chrome though. I thought about black too but that would have just been too much black on the back of the bike.
Thanks Jayson, a lot of work put into this bike. Don't know what else to do now lol I will tell you installing the duals is a royal pain in the ****.
JIMSFBL, Your not one of those guys that reads the side of his tire (car, Cycle) and puts that pressure in it? The tire manufactor does not know how much weight is going to be on the tire since all vehicles are different. They put the max PSI and weight the tire can handle on the side and tell YOU to follow vehicle manufactors guide lines for installed PSI, since vehicle manufacture has supposedly done the tests for handling.
Really? have you read my last 2 or three posts or just part? The "manual is an average psi recommendation". So are you saying that when I'm loaded down with 80lbs of gear and then add a 130lb passenger that my tire pressure should be the same as if I rode 1 up with no gear? The manual is not going to provide specific recommendations. I adjust my psi for the kind of riding I'm doing that day for the wieght I'm carring, or better yet just nevermind lol.
**** man, that looks bad ***! But now that I see how extremely long those pipes are, I may opt for the shorter ones that go just past the fender, because I don't have any bags or an extended fender, so it might look silly on my bike... But on your bike, sick!
Now, you say you don't know what else to do to the bike... what about blacking out those forks and dropping it and inch or 2 But seriously, you could leave it like it is and it would be fine.
Some new pics showing the dash wrap and tank panel by Xian Leather. Chritian does awesome work.
That leatherwork looks great man. And I am diggin all of the subtle copper details. And now that I know how that seat looks on the Lo, I am definitely lookin at picking up that style, but just tweaking it to my liking a little.
If you don't mind, what'd the seat set you back? If you don't want to spend and tell, its cool.
